質(zhì)量符合國(guó)際先進(jìn)包裝技術(shù)要求，紙匣包裝，不用線盤，堆放方便自由放線，不會(huì)扭曲，不會(huì)打結(jié)，使用方便，隨拉隨放，不拉不放,微機(jī)控制，自動(dòng)定長(zhǎng)，尺碼正確，匣式自由放線是當(dāng)前輕型線纜包裝方式。這種成圈方式不用線盤或卷芯，直接由線纜多層交叉卷繞。成圈后，在圈線中形成出線孔。圈線裝入紙匣中后，在出線孔中插入塑料套管，線纜內(nèi)端即可由塑料套管中放出。不會(huì)產(chǎn)生扭轉(zhuǎn)或打結(jié)。
Performance and features:
The quality is in accordance with the requirements of advanced international packaging technology, paper carton packaging and not need bobbin with convenient stacking and free pay-off. It will not distort and knot, easy to use, if pull will release, otherwise, don’t pull will not release, controlled by microcomputer, automatic setting length and the size is correct. The carton type free pay-off is the most a dvanced packaging way of light cable at present. This coiling way does not need bobbin and coil core, directly winded by multi-layer cable on a cross. Produce wire outlet hole in middle of wire coil after coiling. The wire coil into paper carton and insert the plastic casing into the wire outlet hole, the internal end of cable can be send out from the plastic casing. Can not produce twisting and knobbing.
工作過(guò)程：
匣式自由放線用成圈機(jī)由1000mm主動(dòng)放線架，張力裝置儲(chǔ)線器及成圈機(jī)組成。線纜從主動(dòng)放線架放出后，經(jīng)過(guò)張力裝置儲(chǔ)線器繞到成圈機(jī)的膨脹芯軸上去。當(dāng)達(dá)到了設(shè)定長(zhǎng)度時(shí)，成圈機(jī)即自動(dòng)停車。將下托盤降低，并將移動(dòng)臺(tái)上的包裝紙推到圈線下面，圈線自動(dòng)落入紙匣中。移動(dòng)臺(tái)退出后，下托盤升至工作位置，開(kāi)始下一圈的繞線。全機(jī)由微機(jī)控制，保證交叉卷繞位置及形狀正確。卷繞及放線張力由儲(chǔ)線器張力臂控制恒定，并保證主動(dòng)放線架同步。
Working process:
Carton type free pay-off coiling machine is composed of 1000mm active pay-off, tension device accumulator and coiling machine. After send out the cable from the active pay-off, pass the tension device accumulator winding into swelling core shaft of coiling machine. When reached the setting length, the coiling machine will stop automatically. Drop the lower tray and push the packaging paper to wire coil below, the wire coil will fall into the paper carton automatically. After the moving platform exits, the lower tray will rise to the working place and starts the next circle of wire winding. The whole machine is controlled by microcomputer to ensure the correct cross winding place and shape. Winding and pay-off tension are controlled by the tension arm of accumulator control constant, and ensure the synchronization with active pay-off.
